A. The Lodge is located a 5 minute walk from the V & A Waterfront and is at the foothills of Signal Hill, a 2 min walk to local resturants and pubs and the beaches of Clifton and Camps bay are in safe walking distance.

A. We offer secure off road parking

Q. What is included in the price for a night?
|

A. The nightly price includes accommodation, hot showers, all bedlinen and duvets, and all service charges and taxes.

Q. Is there a lock-out?

A. No, We are open 24 / 7.

Q. Is there a curfew?
|
|
A. No - You are on holiday...not in the army

Q. What are check-in and checkout times?

A. We ask that You vacate Your room no later than 10.00am....
rooms are avaiable from 11.30 am onwards

Q. What methods of payment are accepted?

A. We accept all major credit cards
We have an in house ATM, so no reason to carry cash, You are charged the same as You would be drawing money at home.

Q. Iam flying in to Cape Town - How do I get to the Lodge...?
|
|
A. We offer a FREE airport pick-up if You book in for 2 nights in a private room or 3 nights in a dorm.
All we need is You to e-mail us Your flight details and arrival time - after You have reveived Your booking confirmation.
If You are only with us for a shorter time - We will book Your shuttel on Your behalf...You pay the driver

A. Sorry - No, not during Dec / Jan. Its our busy season and we would have already turned people away.
