| Hello Claire and the rest of the BB crew!
Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much the four of us
enjoyed our stay this past week. You and your staff were friendly and most
helpful...even if we needed to get in the storage closet many times! : )
We've never stayed in a hostel before and were a bit apprehensive on what it
would be like, but we really enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful
experience. You can be sure that we will be recommending Big Blue to our
